Author Submission Process

Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth and successful submission experience on our platform.

Step 1: Manuscript Preparation

Ensure your manuscript is an original work, not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Your submission should be well-structured and clearly presented.

  • Title: Should be specific, informative, and engaging.
  • Abstract: A concise summary (150-250 words) covering objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords for indexing and discoverability.
  • Main Body: Typically includes Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion/Conclusion sections.

Step 2: Formatting & Style

Adherence to formatting guidelines is crucial. Manuscripts should be submitted in .docx or .pdf format.

  • Font: Use a standard, readable font like Times New Roman or Arial (12pt).
  • Spacing: Double-spaced text is preferred for readability.
  • Citations: Use a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago). Our reference manager can help format these for you.
  • Figures and Tables: Must be high-resolution and numbered consecutively, with descriptive captions.
